hello everybody i was just looking on autotrader at some 406's as i fancy a second one and this is an X reg 1.8 Rapier exactly the same as mine but along the front of the engine at the top there looks like there is an extra airbox and pipe than what mine has! also the top of the endgine is silver in this one and mine is black was there a modification to the engine on the engine at all im confused!

They're different engines. I think the first is an EW7J4 1.8 16v, and the second one an EW10j4 2.0 16v

ahh i see i thought one might have been a 2.0 i was just a bit confused because the car is listed as a 1.8 thanks
