Electronic boost controller? Oh and Cambelt question

Hi all,

On a 2.0 turbo, I was told there is a electronic boost controller. Has 3 vac pipes and a electrical connector on it? I was told that it is needed for the conversion I'm doing on my 205 (Eventually) and without it, the ECU would go in limp home mode. Apparently the controller is on the bulk head, I've looked all over the bulk head and carn't find anything that it could be. I carn't even remember seeing anything like this when removing the engine/wiring loom? Am I looking in the wrong place or is the boost controller non-exsistant?

Finally, Cambelt kits.... Are the cambelt and pullies the same on a XU7JP4 as a XU10J4R?

Thanks,
Dan

From memory it's sitting on a bracket mounted to the front side of the o/s strut mount, between the power steering reservoir and the upper cambelt cover. One pipe going to the turbo wastegate, one going to the atmospheric air intake and another going to either he charge pipe between the turbo/intercooler, or to just before the throttle body.

Thanks for all the help, for some reason that was nothing what I expected it to look like. I'll grab it off the car before it gets scrapped

Thanks,
Dan
