replacing starter motor - 2litre petrol EW.

How much of a job is this? Can't even see the bloody thing right now. When I turn the ignition key to start there's an awful loud niose almost like a loud clicking noise (not the quiet click the solenoid gives) and it lasts as long as you have the key turned to start. When this is happening, the aux belt hardly turns - about a centimetre in 10 seconds! So I'm guessing its the starter motor.
