turned the ignition on yesterday and straight away the cooling fan was cutting in it stayed on the whole journey of 400 miles took the fuse out it stopped but thie same fuse controls the climate control as well [which i needed cause it was raining and starting to mist over any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

cooling fan? you mean the radiator fan? if it stopped when you took out the climate control fuse I'd say you've got issues with your aircon somewhere. anyone know if there's a temperature sensor on/around the condenser?
