hey guys, as some of you may or may not know, a accidently went in a big poodle a few months back in my hdi 90, i have since, bought a complete hdi 110, in which i have swapped the engine, i also swapped vacuum things at back of bay, the gear linkage cables, kept the 90 engine harness, and my remapped ECU, adding the intercooler from the 110, the gearbox, and clutch system, i also used the driveshafts from the 110 too.

started yesterday afternoon, and after having to swap brackets after brackets and finding out what was needed as and when, i finaly finished this afternoon, engine running sweet as ever, and pulling very well, once it has been run a bit, im having the ECU remapped further to hopefully produce around 140hp.

all i have left to do now, is remove the cat for a piece of exhaust going straight through, and find a cheap back box with a 3" outlet that is a free flowing box, make up some solid boost pipes for the intercooler to do away with the rubber hoses. and that should be it performance wise :)

also i have swapped my rear drum brake setup for discs, which has massively improoved braking efficiency.

any other tips let me know :) thanks
