Bit of advice needed....possible dealer f*ckup

Hi All,
I had the radiator swapped out by a not-so-local dealer last week, picked up the car on friday. Now i've not had any workmanship issues with these guys before which i why i go a bit further than my local one to have them do bits for me.
But, having picked up the car late friday after a 5 hour drive, I started the car up and before moving off, I got the good old "anti-pollution system defective" message come up and the MIL light come on. Now as it was late and i've had this come up SEVERAL times before on 2 different 406s, I assumed it was a simple thing like it had been sat around for a week and just needed a run in (last time it happened, i put £10 of sainsburys 95 in after it being run on vpower for 3 years and 30 mins later this same message came up) so I just drove it home. I wish now i'd gone in and said something but they were just closing up so I simply couldn't be arsed! I drove the car...hard on the way home and it ran and sounded OK, although idle was a little rough (to be expected??)
Anyway, these are the 2 codes I get when reading it with scantool:
http://www.obd-codes.com/p0134
http://www.obd-codes.com/p0135
I cleared the codes but they came back an hour or so later.
So what I'm asking is, as i'm a noob, is it likely or possible that this new fault (I've never seen these codes before) is the result of them breaking something or forgetting to connect some o2 sensor back up/whatever , after replacing the radiator?
Thanks again!
