Hi i need both gear linkage cables on my 51 plate sri 2.2 and don't know where i can get any can any1 help......

Any breakers yard with a 406 in should have about a 70% chance of having a car in with a (presumably?) ML5T gearbox in it, from which you can take the cables, or you could trade effort for money and go to the dealers
