I am no help with the turbo seals i'm afraid, but i'm curious about how you got more boost, the 110 HDI engine is electronically controlled with feedback from the boost presure sensor, so no matter where the actuator rod is set, it will still only give you 1 bar of boost, Or have you done other mods to get more boost ?

yes that is right it is running 150bhp instead of the standard 110, the down fall is it that from 2nd in high revs to 3rd engine management light cuts in n stops the power dead also does this in 3 and 4th at 3000rpm but in 5th it boosts upto 3000rpm (90mph) then after the turbo boosts for 3-4 seconds then cuts out for 2-3 seconds then carries on again keep doing the same thats when i blew the turbo when i went off the clock ,,,its a right b***stard thats why im looking for a bigger turbo so that the engine management light wont cut in when its been chipped and re-mapped(live re map is reccomended) the turbo spools up majorly now jsut changing the back box to straight pipe with a fancy attachment the sound it gives is great lol(sounds like a jet plane going by lol) but hopefully if i can get a bigger turbo i can get it pushing 250 after chip and map :P 8)

Hi,

My turbo went a few months ago, got a recon one from eurocarparts and now the car is ok. To determine turbo type you need to look at the log book and teh vin/chassis number, mine had RHZ in it and after googling, it brought up the correct turbo number : DW10ATED/RHZ

Hope that helps.
