Repair AL4 Gear Box

anyone tried to repair faulty AL4 gearbox comes with 406 executive? would I be able to source a repair kit ? Issue with this gear box is 20-30 mins after start driving it looses the pulling power and car doesn't move though engine revs up. jacked up the car and connected to PPS and software shows all gears changing (valves operating) and wheel spins. I suspect the clutch like plates in between gear wheels and not the popular valve body issue it seems.

I don't think anyone on here has had much to do with auto boxes, I can't find anything useful using Google either I presume you're not getting the usual flashing sport and snow lights and your reader doesn't say anything about any fault codes logged. I'd think you've changed the fluid by now too (the 'box is supposed to tell you it needs doing). If it works ok with no weight on the wheels I'd suspect the pump is dying (but still makes enough pressure not to trigger a fault) but then I've not touched an automatic gearbox since you could adjust everything from the outside

Thanks Steve, surely a good hint you gave out, PUMP. Need to find out an alternative box if we completely mess around with the one which is in, or on a second thought something flashes in my mind MANUAL CONVERSION
