I have a serious problem with my engine to 1,9 td 1997 model. the car have a distance 100 000 km So it have many miles more to go. Problem are, the Crankshaft Pulley has turned around the crankshaft and it have made damage on the Crankshaft and the crankshaft pulley. And i have no ide, how to fix this.Do i need a new engine ??

Get another bottom pulley. Fix the woodruff key into the crank with some epoxy.

It doesn't look like there's anything left of the key slot to know where to put it back!
