problem with starting at winter

Hey all.
I have a 406 break from year 2000 and its a 2.0 petrol engine. its the one made from 1999-2000
Been using the car now for 2 years. When i bought the car i had only 1 time per winter the problem it woun't start. But now its nearly every day.
What it does sometimes is it starts up and the motor limps like 1 chamber isn't working. But it starts up(-20c cold outside).
Now it ain't starting anymore... the battery is fine(tested it) it just turns the engine... its like i am missing a compression button like in old tractors(u turn the igniton the motor runs and then u push the button and it stats).
My car was at a diagnostics stand. They said all is fine.
Before that i have changed lambda,spark plugs,motor temp. sensor,oil + filter,petrol filter,air filters.
Oh and if anyone knows about ignition wires near the car key place. I could use some help how to but the car to start from a button not a key. But i don't know what wire is what and how to i connect em.
Am grateful for any help.
