Mine is lowered 80mm and its awfull. I cannot get full lock, i get scrubbing when the car is fully loaded, im restricted to where i can go (without ripping the bottom of my car off), but it handles awesome.

From what ive seen, 40mm is the norm, and looks pretty good.

Think I might go for a 60 front 40 rear as rear ain't just as high I think my local mod shop can get this size made by corba and either corba or spax do a sixty all round although think 60 at the rear is a bit extreme

I had the springs custom made. And even then, the rear sits a bit higher than the front which is annoying. Id keep it the same all round, so 60mm front and rear or whatever.
