Hi just saying hello from Ireland 🇮🇪, I have a 406 hdi estate driving nicely , needs a few tweaks so I think I found the right place for advice

There is plenty of help here, and if you have 5 mins to spare then take a peek at the Knowledge Base Articles on the home screen for an idea of potential issues you may come across...

Enjoy the car, they are well under-rated if you ask me.!

2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Hi and welcome to the forum

I have two Hdi estates and I personally think that they are the best cars Peugeot have made, certainly the best I have had and I've been driving for over 60 years.

Thanks again for the nice welcome I already enjoy the site and have been saved wasting time making false inner brake lights work ( not my greatest moment ) I’m moving on to other things now like the awful handbrake that heats up the wheel when it sticks instead of releasing , not that it works much , entertaining reading , we all seem to have very similar problems so happy to be here and thanks again for the welcome
