Coming back to the fold!

Post by Scotlad »

Coming back to the fold!

Hi folks just thought i'd say quick hello. I'm getting a 2000 406 exec 2.0 auto in January and i'm bound to be on here asking questions!! This will be my 3rd 406 having previously owned a '97 sri turbo and a 99 hdi estate. I've had a sporty octavia for the past 2 and a bit years but it just cant cut it compared to my old Pugs for comfort and refinement. Some of my mates think i'm mad but i dont care- I know i'm right that these are great cars as i'm sure at least some of you will agree! I'm looking forward to playing with all the gadgets and toys that will hopefully still work including that rare item these days- a sunroof.

Thanks in advance for your help :-)

Graham :D

Thanks lads. The Octy's not been a bad car but the ride is very hard and its a bit noisy despite the turbo quieting down the exhaust noise. I'm so looking forward to sloughing about the place in comfort again :-)
