Hello all

Post by hilltoptwo »

Hi all, just purchased my 1st 406LX 1.8. Not a new one, but tidy and credit crunch appealing! Having had Xantia's and similar, this car has a familiar feel. I don't anticipate any problems, but would appreciate any " heads up". Cambelt changes and average prices for the job etc. Will be purchasing my o.c. sticker shortly! hope to spot one or two on my travels. :cheesy:

2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)

Tis a 99 on a T plate, have noticed the trip computer display widget ain't working, but not too fussed. been in the motor trade too long to worry about secondhand cars! But this is a nice example, had a 405 some years ago and a xantia. If there are any gatherings in and around Warwickshire this year , would like to come along. Presently socialising with a group of "air cooled" VW fans and a group of youngsters that think customising is a new invention! So a Peugeot meet would be a relief! Anyway, off to fit some airbags to a '63 VW pick up, taraa all.
