Why hello there

Post by ToddM »

Hello guys and gals (if any)!
I've had two 406s - my current one - a 99 GLX Saloon petrol 2.0 and previously a 98 1.9 LX XUD.
The XUD had to go because it had too many things wrong with it and it would cost more to fix than it did to buy the 2.0 Petrol. Unfortunately however I'm regretting getting the petrol due to the current prices and the fact that it doesn't have the best fuel consumption in the world.
I've been reading around these forums, getting to know the 406 better, and only decided to register now for some reason. Don't ask me why  Anyway, thanks for the opportunity to be a part of this brilliant community!

Thanks for the speedy and warm welcome guys! Looking forward to getting another diesel.. I hope you can give me a few hints, tips and tricks on how to make it more fuel efficient and give it more grunt (De-cat, de-fap, chips etc.)
