Newbie Intro

Post by MrChips »

Hi All,

Just purchased my first 406 on friday, heard good things, fancied one some time.

Currently I have the 2.0 hdi 90 Rapier Estate.

Looking forward to browsing these pages and getting to know you.

Regards David.

Hi David, welcome.

Good choice of car too, very reliable and cheap to run.

I joined around a year ago and have learned so much about my car, how to fix it and generally good advice and help from everybody. This is a very good forum - has saved me time and money maintaining my 406.

Hi & welcome.

Nice choice :cheesy: We'd love to see some pictures of it.
Were you looking at anything else besides 406s? What swung it for the 406?

Current: 407 2.2 HDi 170 & C6 2.7 HDi.
Former: 406 1.9 TD; 406 HDi 90; 407 2.2 160; 307cc 180; 508 HDi 140.

2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)

Welcome in,
there is a wealth of knowledge between the members on here and a liberal sprinkling of banter to go with it.

Enjoy the 406
