Hi there .sorry about this but I have been trying to log into my old account for over a week now and I just cant get in ..my old log in is wizard ..ive checked and rechecked the details but my details arent recognised ...i created this new login to see if my old one is still active and it is ..i even sent myslf an -e-mail to double check the address and i recieved it ...but when i try to get a reset to that e-mail it says its not recognised
please can someone assist

As you say, your old account is still active and should be useable - I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work.
In any case, once you have two posts approved on this account, you're back up and running again, so reply to this, I'll approve it and you're (back) in.

ok thats cool maybe somrthin to do with my lappy had loads of probs ever since i updated my norton account ...and even more since outlook changed its site...any way up thankyou ..
