Hi All

Post by twinspin »

Hi all, just thought i would give a short introduction to myself, I'm Iain, dont have much experience with the modern car except for driving one, the last time I did any work on a car it had coils and points so im a bit dated. However i'm sure with my electronics background and chip programming experience I should be able to bring something to the forum.

Hi & welcome to the forum. 8)

How's life in sunny Greenock these days?
(My folks hail from Dunoon originally, but I'm down South now as part of the army of occupation).
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

I've just googled 'Greenock' and Wow! :o

I guess it's not the kind of place to be if your're a tad 'wimpy' :o

Look at the size of this 'Visitor':
