Hi to all out there.....

Post by Drewnn3 »

Just thought I would say hi.....

I have just bought myself a little gem - 99 V reg 406 estate, metallic blue xu10 engine with AL4 auto box...7 seater!! GTX spec....
This happens to be the second 7 seat 406 that I have owned, my first being a MY2001, Green, 2.0HDi 110 manual called "Jabba the Pug"....(affectionately named by my wonderful other half.)

got to say I have appreciated big pugs since the days of my father owning a Peugeot 505 2.2 GTi family 8 seater...

Though it was about time I got on here, any helpful tips always welcome...... :cheesy:

Hi & welcome aboard. 8)

Post some pics when you get a chance.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Welcome indeed!

A pez-engined 7-seater with slushmatic box - you're already a winner here so well done! :D

There's pretty much zero to worry about with petrol Peugeots but it would be well worth getting the slushmatic fluid changed for the sake of good maintenance and long service.
