toying with the idea of a rear spoiler for my D8 406.

Discuss the 406's Bodywork stuff in here (what parts fit what, what can be interchanged with what etc etc).

toying with the idea of a rear spoiler for my D8 406.

Post by chrisfinlay »

I had an old crappy Lantra before owning this, and it had a nice low spoiler (really only a cm or 2 clearence from the boot lid) that just finished the look nicely. My current 406 doesn't have it, and it looks a little...incomplete...at the back end. Does anyone know of any good, low, subtle spoilers (nothing boy-racery, please!) that can be fitted to a 406?

I have a peugeot one I bought off another member on here and as designed for retrofit, is very easy to fit.
Only cost me £15

Just had a look on the bay and no cheapies at mo, unless your car is silver and you are close to seller, therefore saving on transport and spraying, plus you could sell your original boot lid

Presumably you could also fit ones listed as Xantia?

Gary406 fitted one of the BMW style bootlip spoilers.

I have the same one yet to be fitted but painting it first. Trying to get a good colour match on a spray first though.
