will 1997 406 phase 1 bonnet and bumper fit a 2000 phase 2 car! or are the parts different?

nope, they will actually fit but you will have to change the headlights and front grill too...

Dont forget the headlamp panels and slam panel are different between D8 & D9, and as the headlamp panels are welded on, its a pig of a job
