Hello, Ive been trying to buy some alloys for my D8 but the idiots in my local halfords aren't any help. Could anybody tell me if I would have any issues fitting some 17"/18" alloys without modifications to the arches? this is really pissing me off because one guy in halfords said there would be no dramas whatsoever with fitting 18s but another one said i couldnt even fit 16s. cheers, STRAK.

Remind me not to shop in Swindon's Halfrauds! You can definitely fit 17"s and GeordieBoy on here even had 19"s on without probs.

I had 18 on mine with a 40mm drop in the suspension ran 225/45 tyres didnt have any trouble even when the boot was fully loaded and a full roofbox on top 8)
