Which Spoiler Should I Fit?

Discuss the 406's Bodywork stuff in here (what parts fit what, what can be interchanged with what etc etc).

Which Spoiler Should I Fit?

Post by ThePrisoner »

I have decided that I must fit a spoiler to my 406 without delay! It needs that sporty look!

I have decided to stick with the OEm spoiler as it looks nice and is subtle, by I want your opinions. Should I get one with a brake light in it, or should I get one without?

The reason I ask is because will two brake lights, plus a third brake light and one more in the spoiler be too much?

Plus one with a brake light would be harder to spray the right colour.

Regards,
Pris.

That brake light looks a bit weedy, and there's always the chance the extra light could confuse someone behind into doing something stupid in poor visibility. Actually I'd have thought it'd be illegal for probably the same reason, laws on stuff like light positions tends to be very strict from what I've seen

If you've already got one up top, save the money+effort and go for a plain one I reckon :)

I'm with mjb, think another light would look a bit pants.

Definately go for the subtle spoiler, big ones look crap in my opinion.

i would go for one with out the light, having brake light in the rear window and spoiler makes it obvious its an after market job and doesn't look so good (not which i like spoilers on the 406 thou).
