Building New Bodykit. Need Opinion for consideration
Hiyya fellows,
tommorow my pug is going to the workshop for 4 weeks 'plastic surgery' . as you all probably know, the car was drowned by the big flood 2 months ago (right after i finished the body kit. CRAPP!!). since the engine run again (and thankfully it runs fine), i've been working on the new interior (i'll post the pictures later).
i'm in the middle of a dilemma whether to paint the car back to the original factory paint, or change it to a super deep gloss black instead.
i'm doing a;
custom headlight design
custom front bumper, side skirt, rear bumper, spoiler, grill.
custom wide body.
custom interior lighting
custom sound system
19" HRE C-20 wheels.
the theme is elegant, not racing. so should i color it blue purpleishhh? or black?
expect the result in 4 weeks

I didn't know your car was flooded out kenny? I must have missed that thread.
Well if your car turns out anywhere near as good as your current design it will be excellent for sure.
You must have a nice little car modifying industry down there, which to be honest surprises me for some reason.
Maybe were behind the times but over here the car body modifying business is still a bit ''underground'' even in 2007.

honestly, the previous design of the bodykit is a bit disappointing for me.
now i'm sending the car to a pro. he studied Car Design in San Diego and have worked with Ferrari. so i believe my car is in the good hand now. we'll see the result in 4 weeks time.
mean while, i have to go shopping for sound system, new set of wheels etc.
maybe i should do some business shipping cheap modifying parts for 406oc's

it was fallin apart, some of them has cracked. so gotta threw them to the junkyard.

Honestly m8, ....
I wouldn't think shipping my wheels to u.k would be a good idea. how much does a set of rims cost down there? (e.g. without tires).
i'll still take picture of the wheels if you still want them.
down here we got 2 kinds of wheels .... where i'm sure you'll have the same 'culture' there too.
1. is the cheap replica from famous designer wheels (but the made it really2 good these days you can hardly tell the difference).
2. off course the high class famous designer wheels for those who have really deep pockets.
me personally don't think buying a designer wheels suit both of my wallet and my purpose. i buy the wheels because it looks good and simply cool to fit them into my car. dont you all ?!!?!
