Remember I had my rear bumper resprayed after someone at the MOT station 'caught' it in the car park?
Well I reversed very very slowly and 'kissed' my colleagues front number plate screw (he should have stuck the f*cker on with adhesive pads ) well, I've taken a tiny chip out of my lovely new painty near the rear number plate
My car is 'Diablo red' and apparently it's a pig to match up so where should I get a Pen from and if you say ''from the dealers Welly'' how much am I likely to get wallet-raped by them?
Cars in my care:
2021 Kia Spottage 1.6 Pez Turbo Dual Clutch Gearbox Trickery
2013 Renner Twingo - donkey work
Halfrauds if not the dealers, better of 2 evils is your choice.

Surely their must be a bodyshop or paint specialist near you that can mix the right colour for you.
Ive been to a paint specialist place that had a colour charts. They came out to my car with a card and they just matched my colour with one of the shades on the card. It was a bit like a B&Q type of thing.
That was many moons ago the place has shut down now:roll:

From the Dealers Welly
Can't remember how much I paid, but my Samarkand Blue one is totally useless - it's WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY too dark!

Stealers again Welly - you get a touch up pen and a lacquer pen in a nifty little box for about £4. My first 406 was Diablo and the touch up was spot on match wise .

Halfrauds paint set work very well, the touch up pen is brill and very fine (not like a brush based system which is way too clumsy) you can do each paint chip with ease. They will also mix colours and put it in one of the pens (about £12 I think). Other than that you could use Chips Away to do it for you but that is quite expensive.
