Tesco are doing a voucher for 5p off a litre when you spend £50 or more in-store. Shame the economy difference between Tesco and BP fuel is more than the price difference :(

I've just done 514 miles on a tank of Tesco unleaded. Quite frankly it was utter shite, and I know from experience that the diesel is shite too.

I shall be going back onto Shell V-Power tomorrow when I fill up.

Me too, only cos the nearest (reasonably priced) petrol station is shell and 2 out of the 3 supermarkets I go to have one near them with the same price as the super market.

Did run on esso, but the HDI seams to prefer the shell stuff slightly. Only once put supermarket stuff in it, that was only £10 the day i got it and only to get it back. Never plan to do it again.

You use £180.00 a WEEK   That would last me nearly 3 months

Why you driving a 3.0 V6 ? If you get paid expenses you will be 'squids' in :P

super fuels

Post by muffindell »

I've tried BP Ultimate and Shell V-Power diesel, to be honest can't feel any difference between these premium fuels and normal shell extra. Perhaps they smoke less, not that my car kicks out any smoke to see on any fuel, and I REALLY boot it!
