Re: body kit
why i picked d8 body kit was to be different and the kit i got is not made for the d9.
the mods were the brackets mainly, the original screw holes are the same and as i say the brackets are different and the front
grill will have to be changed to the d8 grille.

I have had to mark up more than a few drawings for correction where the wrong one was specified on a walkway

Re: body kit
Come to think of it, I've never spelt grill the french way. I'm not going to start doing so either
I used to go on a forum which was full of journalists, writers, even an editor for the Cambridge University Press. There used to be all sorts of trouble when people got things wrong, eg. when someone wrote "it's" instead of "its" and visa versa. It all got very sad. I left when they all got upset because I said I'd rather the terrorists blew Tony Bliar or die queen up instead of us...

Well, seeing as we're on the subject of corrections, it's actually vice versa. Not 'visa'. That's a just common mispronounciation.steve_earwig wrote:There used to be all sorts of trouble when people got things wrong, eg. when someone wrote "it's" instead of "its" and visa versa.
Sorry. *meekly* I'm a professional proofreader... you should see me when I get onto the dangerous subject of incorrectly conjugated latin plurals. It's not virii. Or virri. It's viruses. Whether you like it or not.
