front and rear flaps

I´m thinking about installing flaps on front and back wheelarches.
Not those ridiculously large/regular mudflas, but distinghuished small ones.

I´m hoping installing those will help streamline the car and improve handling at higher speeds, reduce wind noise and improve fuel economy.
However, no ideas yet on which ones to install and wehere to purchase them. Does anyone have likewise flas installed? Pictures?

your expexting a lot for something that reduces mud and spray making the car dirty arent you or are they something different to what im thinking
