Old screen, New Screen. Just like that.

Discuss the 406's Bodywork stuff in here (what parts fit what, what can be interchanged with what etc etc).

means the mail server sitting on the same machine the forum's on is having issues and isn't properly queueing the "someone replied to this topic" emails that the forum has to send out when someone replies to a thread.

Ah so the moral of the story is, if you get an error message, don't click back up then submit repeatedly (8 times on this occasion apparently) until it works

So far the wipers seem to work not too badly actualy.
Certainly more reliable than the Bosch wipers I've been let down with over the past 6 months.
Need to give my windscreen a good clean with Autoglym glass cream. I can see storage grime when the wipers are on.

Put it this way, I'm still using it, but when the bottle runs out, I won't be buying another one.

Well, my experience is different. Used properly it really does reduce the build up of water on your windscreen and thus reduces the amount of wiping you have to do. And on a new screen, that means less potential damage when wiping.
It also stops smearing and that fogging effect on the screen that the wipers leave behind which goes opaque when headlights hit it, reducing visability.

You must make sure you clean your screen regularly though. Holts Exterior Windscreen Cleaner is the absolute best for that. Comes in a blue spray can with a white top. Shoots out as a foam. Let it sit for a moment, then agitate with a clean cloth and then wipe clean with your wipers and screen wash.

Rain-X then works at its absolute best.
