Re: Removing a tow bar from my sri
Even if you don't use a towbar, I always think it's nice to have in case anyone rear ends you
I've had a couple of slow speed bumps, and when i've gone to check, once there was no damage, and the other time, there was a small scratch
I had a small scratch, and the mondingo that crashed into me had a smashed bumper - out with the touch up pen, and mine was unnoticeable
Ok, towbars may ruin the aesthetics, but i've rather have it than not

Re: Removing a tow bar from my sri
im hoping it comes off easily, there is a long bar behind the bumper with several bolts in it but i think i can take the whole bar off with just 2 bolts, and the bar is just part of the tow bar itself

there should be two bolts on either side that bolt onto the car chassis, take them off and i think it should come off in one piece

Re: Removing a tow bar from my sri
the bolts im looking at might just be part of the towbar tho and not what bolts to the car, hard to tell, i need to buy a few different size 1/2 bits so i can use my breaker bar on them
