Does anyone by the chance have an dismantled headlight that could take me some size measures at the high beam side ? Like height,Lenght(till the glass+/-),width.

Damn.. i had a damaged headlight and i have placed it in the trash, who knew i needed this piece of scrap ...

I have a spare set, (which are not dismantled). Can I get the infromation you want from them?

Mate, you ain't gonna open an headlight, just for me, if you do that i can't thank you enough.

What i need is the height of the reflector of the high beam side and possibly the length...

I need this information so i can continue a project that i'm trying to do ...so i won't buy the stuff and it doesn't fit

So have you melted the headlight yet ? xD kidding, done properly it would work, i just dont open mine because i need the car to go to work.

The thing i want to add to the high beam side of the headlight is attached to this email, the problem its the height that it might not fit ...so if you could measure the reflector...

On a related note; do anyone know if the headlight lenses on a D9 are glass or plastic? Mine are rather pitted, presumably from a past as a fast motorway-cruiser and I'd like to polish them down.

They are plastic, any car post 99 will use plastic headlights ( except old revisions of the car, like the 406 which only happened at july of 99 and came with plastic headlights E.U. Regulations ...)
