Rear Door Check Strap

I know this subject has been raised before but I'm wondering if anyone knows if the door card needs to come off in order to remove the check strap. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

A: yes.

IIRC. you will need a 10mm socket /Ratchet,
Atorx T20 bit ithink for the Speaker removal,

And perhaps some New plastic Clips for the Door cards, they often Break, around 17pence each from the Main dealers,
