Passanger rear door leaking water into car

Ive had a leak for ages now but its gotta be stopped now, all I can from inside the car Is little trickle about where a speaker normally is in a rear door, but my footwell is soaked, Is there any common things this could be or is it just the door seals? how easy is it to change etc?

Is it coming from the door or is it getting past the door seal? You could try changing the seal but they're not cheap. Maybe Jack The Ripper has been at the sealing sheet, although there shouldn't be that much going into the door and it has drains at the bottom anyway (unless they're blocked).

im not really sure, the seals don't look too good and are loose where It joins the window and the end can be pulled away, the bit with the plug in that plugs into hole in frame
