Well today I found the cause of my Water bottle leak on my HDI. I looked down underneath my car and the hoses have sheared off and is now dangling. My headlamp washers don't work because of this. I have now burned out the motor by thinking it was washing the headlights. How would I reattach the hoses together.

One pump or both? You could replace all the hoses, get a joiner and extend what's left or (if it's just the headlamp washer) cut off a small length, attach it and stick a bolt in the end.

I'm not sure if it is one or both but it makes the normal noise and then it makes kind of a grinding noise.

What hoses have sheared off? Can they be reattached?
If I can remember correctly, the pipes from the second pump are like a hosepipe, and the pressure of the 2nd pump lifts the cover on the bumper and squirts the lights, and all this pipework is properly tied to the inside of the front bumper
You can simply change the washer reservoir for one from a car without headlight washers, and turn yours off with PP2000, to save any further faffing...

Well there is one pipe comming from the water resoviour and two comming from the headlight washer jets. Someone has probably had this problem before and put a connector on and it has sheared off. If I cut the pipe it is too short.
