Found this by accident, it's the nice slimline spoiler.

When I went to Spain recently I saw three 406's and they ALL had these fitted as standard

I would if I was going to 'do up' all the other bits like clutch, rear knocking, engine mount, re-mapping etc then the spoiler would be a nice add on.

It would be foolish, would it not, to spend on cosmetics when mechanics are more pressing.

When I saw those 406's on holiday they did look good with this spoiler. Like it was always meant to be fitted.

I'm at the 'can't see the point in spending money on the thing' stage. I reckon I could easily spend £1,500.00 on my car and I would be reasonably happy then. BUT - why spend £1,500.00 on a car worth £1,800.00? especially as the work will add no value to the car (when does it ever?) then I would be dissapointed by the brakes/suspension after the remap, and it goes on

I think I would rather invest in something else really. I've never had any car longer than 2 years, I get bored.

Dude, You get bored and then thats when you start playing with it.... thats when you add bits and take bits away then you will be happy for a little bit longer..... if your comment was true about spending money on it, you wouldn't service it or clean it, because thats additional cost!

i pick up a brand new genuine spoiler for my 6 for £45 of ebay
just got to fit it when it has its respray!

My spoiler is quite subtle.

Damn it, I fall for this every time...

Took a good look at the last (big) picture and for a while thought that oh, there´s a nice lookin´6 driving itself....

The right-side-left-side traffic dilemma I just can´t get into my thick skull...

About Welton´s link: In Finland those similar lookin spoilers were fitted as standard on the boots of 2,2 sport models..

That spoiler is just gay as fook on a 406 like.

I do like the smoked rear lights, is that out of a spray can? The de-badging on the rear looks good to

I had to drive a daihatsu move for a while, looked like postman pat's van with a spoiler
Looked as though it could be used for stacking it with a forklift!
