Depends whether it's something that you can shift, is it condensation or some sort of deposit? If it's condensation then perhaps take them out and stick them in the oven (if anything's plastic not to high obviously). If it's not then maybe you could take the lights out, put warm soapy water and split peas in them and give them a good shake (works for dirty beer bottles :cheesy: )

My fogg's are 'milky' too :frown:

Access is via a panel under the bumper but the way with these things is to break the fixings, round off bolts, skin knuckles, so I'll stick with milky

Mine suffered this. I removed them, took the bulb and holder off, and rinsed them out under the tap and left them to dry in the airing cupboard.

I then reassembled them indoors and used a smear of Hylomar around the holder to stop any more water getting in, and voila!

I cleaned my front fog lights today. Here is the procedure in case its useful to anyone else.

1. Remove 3 lower wheel arch liner T20 screws and push the liner out of the way so you have enough access to put your hand in
2. Remove fog light bulb (quarter turn on bulb holder)
3. Unscrew fog light thumb screw fully
4. Ease out the internal rectangular lamp reflector assembly
5. Spray a little window cleaner inside the fog light onto the inside of the glass
6. Wipe it clean. I used a small decorating roller (the fluffy type) to reach the corners. I found that you can get a bit more "reach" by pushing a pencil into end of the roller.
7. Smear a little silicone grease on the silicone seal of the internal lamp reflector assembly to help prevent moisture entering in future.
8. Reassemble.

They are like new again. Very satisfying :)

Prolly the seals perished. When I was trolling the scrappy I found several fogs with green slime growing inside the glass :)
