Hi can anyone tell me where/how does the seatbelts fit. I have just bought 6 + 7 seats with all fittings but cannot find where the seatbelts go. Can anyone help? Cheers :(

I have vague memories of seeing diagrams indicating they go somewhere by the air vents

Lets hope for your passengers sake you don't get rear ended or reverse into anything!

Yeah, I'm sorely tempted to go for a 7 seat conversion, could use a 7 seater at the moment but I shudder at the thought of putting the kids in the crumple zone..

I'm looking at the parts diagram, it's not too helpful but it looks like the tops go in the door pillars, the sides go in the bottom rails where the diagonal braces fit/slide and the centres go in the middle on the bolts that hold the seats on.

Maybe RapierKen would post some pics if you ask nicely :cheesy:

Hey guys - just going through some old posts - I have just fitted a 7 seat conversion in mine - I will take some pics and post them if anyone interested - You will have to cut out the holes for the seatbelt anchor point and the seatbelt to run through the plastic but once removed Peugeot have kindly marked the back of the panels with cutout lines - I used a small drill but to cut all around the outline and then popped the cutout out and hey presto all fitted - you can still use the parcel shelf as well - I was well impressed with it - its a neat idea and takes up practically no floor space - Just need a space saver wheel now..

It won't work if you upload pics directly to the board.
Open a free account at Photobucket, upload your photos to there and paste the [img] codes under the pics within your message.
You can get an idea of the code layout by quoting someones message who has posted a photo. Within the reply box you'll see the codes.

Photo of rear seat belt installation - in the 2 plastic panels on the back are templates to cut out in the right position.

you can see the belt going through

rear belt fixing - there is a plastic bung through the bolt hole as standard - you will need to punch a hole through the side card but template there as well

Top fixing

I did have to sourse other bolts for the installation as the bolts that came with the seats would not fit into my car I can only think it came from a younger model but i got them from a 106&306 scrap car normal seat belt bolts - and all worked exactly as should..
