Pre-com2000 D9s didn't have auto lights either? I went straight from a D8 to a fully muxed-up D9 so I missed out an all this, er, fun.

I found a gadget on one of the French forums for fitting auto lights to anything (even a tractor!), I didn't find a price but one exists, if it's any use.

It's a habit I have :cheesy:

I couldn't think of any way in which FP could be killed by high-pressure diesel if the diesel was removed, but I thought I'd add the usual "I have no idea what I'm talking about" disclaimer just in case he found himself missing various body parts (internal and/or external) as a result.

Believe it or not they seem to call it GPS. Or navigation. Or GPS navigation.

I noticed that previous, that the D8 and D9 both have the same part number, so guess they don't do them unpainted anymore

i find service box ok for the odd diagram but i cant see prices, can you tell me how much the sat nav display is from the dealers?
Not suprised that they would want more for the display than a whole car could be bought for, just out of interest.

Oh dear :(
steve_earwig wrote:When you get the box pop up with the diagrams on the left, on the right are the part numbers & descriptions etc., if you double click on those it puts it in your basket and it appears in the "parts" list under "my selection" on the rhs of the main screen. They start off blue, then the page reloads because I guess it's working out how rich you are and the part numbers appear in black. Once it's finished playing about you click the basket in the top right, this brings up the order screen. The first page of that is the details form (which you're not going to fill in), above that are a row of 4 buttons, the third one is another basket, click this and it's fill your trousers time again :cheesy:
This didn't work?
