Thanks for the seats, got home at 11:13pm (i did see a friend for a couple of hours though). I was just wondering how to remove the back plate.
I've done the sides but the head rest holding tubes wont come out from the cloth?

Re: Newer Pics Of My 406 1.9 TD
i cant 100% remember how i got the ring clip off inside, but i think once its off it doesnt go back on one you transfer it over,
it doesnt make any difference,
if i remember as well , once you have the black cloth on and sponge you need to cut a square of the sponge out to go around the locking mechanism,
you will know what i mean cos the D9s seat locking think is different
its very easy you just need a big knife

Re: Newer Pics Of My 406 1.9 TD
since the paint job fked up ive now recovered them in black cloth fabric ,
and heres the results, the material was £3.50 per meter x 60 inch i bought in total 2 meters and that will do all 4 doors
took 3 hours per door panel, its a pain stretching the material around the curve bits on the door so you dont end up with creases

doorcards now all black cloth , how many d8s have these then
also now all black dashboard with ashwood trim all from rapier model
(the material on the doors looks totally lighter on camera with doors open, the material is in fact the very same black as the seats)
