thought i'd best post some photos of my cheapy daily driver, which was taxed and tested at the time. with a run down of money spent so far

£220, but with a snapped n/s front spring
£35 bought me a pair of almost new monroe struts, springs, droplinks and driveshaft, from the scrapyard :D
£55 REFUND on insurance change :cheesy:
£20 for o/s driving lamp in bumper
£90 for top engine mount, oil, 4 x filters, thermostat and coolant
£5 for piece of sill from scrapyard
£30 and 4 cans of grolsch for payment of welding
£15 for rattle cans of waxoyl and paint
£40 for m.o.t

depending on finances, i plan to get the car lowered and fit some nice black 17" wheels

oh, and hopefully gonna be buying a towbar off a forum member :)

Welcome to the club mate, I can see a lot of time and money being spent on this instead of Black Beauty.

That is so spooky, my 406 is the same colour with silver wing mirrors! (Liberated from previous car before it was scrapped as the ones on there were held on with gaffer tape :supafrisk: )
Very tidy car mate! :)
