What to do on a sunny day?? De-rust some arches ha

Post by NollingtonHards »

Thought i'd solve the rust problem in the arches, give the car a treat after near 2000 miles in 2 weeks.

Im sure no-one wants to look at 4 different wheels being treated so i'll just show one arches development.

(I know its the other arch but its near identical)

Took 5 hours in total and i'm shattered. Got a lot more to do on the under body but thats for another day

I was as careful as i could have been, never fully put my arm or body under the car. Thanks for the advice though

slide the wheel you've taken off under the car, that way if it all goes wrong you can still get out/get a jack back under it
