What is is?

The front is D8
The back is D9
The clocks are D8
The MDF, climate control, and radio are D9
But isn't it a bit suspicious that there are no chrome inserts in the front bumper?

D8.5 ?
never seen one of those myself but a few on here have seen 406s like that before. they said it was 8.5
OR it could well be a D9 thats been in a front ender and put back together like that. its a possibility. you just dont know.

Actually, the clocks aren't D8: the numbers aren't big enough and the mileage is outside of the speedometer.
Nor are they D9 as there are too few sub-divisions on the rev counter.
Freaky.

Everything on it is D9 apart from the bumper, grill & bonnet. Note where the repeaters are on the wings - in the D9 position.
More likely that it's a D9 that's had a cheap front repair with used D8 parts.
