I was going for the whole world wide web thingy www

I sort of did get my hands wet she's only 10 and left brown marks here and there but it was worth it for the argument i had with my neighbour.

Scotty what engine you got in there?
2.0ltr 110 hdi mate!
no you aint they didn't do a 2.0ltr 110 it must be a 1.6?
No 2.0ltr 110 check the door pillar and the engine bay

Nahh must be a 1.6 i've worked on peugeot and Citroen engines for years and i'm telling you now they didn't do a 110bhp 2.0hdi it's a 1.6.
 Apart from showing the logbook what more can you do to convince some people?

For the first time since i bought the old girl in December i've had the time to get the polish out and i'm amazed at how nice she now looks, it was so dull that i didn't realise it was metalic paint under there
I've only done the bonnet and drivers side so once i've finished i'll get some pics up.

Just the one pic camera batteries went flat.

Am really happy how it scrubbed up, i bought a cheap version of one of those scratch remover pens that put a layer of laquer on the offending area i tried it a few months back and it worked a treat so hopefully today i've got rid of about 30 more light scratches  ... poxy kids must think their so clever.

Bit of polish, tyre black and some baby oil and transformed car job done.

Never argue with idiots, they drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Looks smart - all 406's are remarkable, IMHO. 8)

Cheers.
Decided to use this weekend to do some cleaning and paintwork jobs on the pug seeing as I'm home and the weather ain't to bad so started in the messiest of places on Friday i introduced the dogs living space to Hetty the vacuum...... Hairy little fuka it took me nearly 2 hours just to clean the boot and it still ain't right.

These things ain't seen the light of day in over a year.

Has you can see by the dog restraint he lives to the right of the boot but what looks like a dog piss stain is actually oil or something spilled by previous owner.

next job was the rear of the car where the kids live.... No pics of that or the black bag of rubbish i picked up before i could even let Hetty loose.

Outside pics to come if i have the time to finish it off later.
