New pug, a few pics!

Post by rustybullets »

A few pics of the new pug,
gave it a bit of a clean over the weekend, and sorted a few niggles.
It's got its fair share of minor scratches and car park dings, but overall really good condition for an 11 year old car.
So far really pleased with it and its running well 8)

Yes the interior looks brilliant, my favourite saloon/estate interior.
In fact I'd be ready to pay 300 pounds for a good tan leather D9 saloon interior!

Very nice. Like the others, I thoroughly approve of the interior. 8)

It is a good colour combo, don't think I've seen that before. :D

Actually I can't think of a better colour combo for the estate. For the saloon, I prefer cossak grey for the exterior and tan for the interior.

Cheers for the comments guys! :)

I'm liking the interior myself, so comfy inside. It swung the sale for me in the end after having seen a few.

Paid 1500 in the end for it.

So you should Doggy.

It's not a very common one, but spookily enough it is the same colour combo as my very first 406 which was a 96/N 1.8 LX saloon (albeit with beige cloth. If memory serves, it was called Vulcan Red & I remember from my one it was one of those colours that really shows up nice when cleaned & polished.

Looks kinda like Diablo red on a dull day?

I'd loose the chrome number plate surround imo

Overall looks sound to me

It is indeed vulcan red, having found out at the peugeot dealer, after trying to ask if they did nightfire red touchup (as this is what the advert said.)

It's just gone past 116k, so hopefully still just a baby!

I'm not too fussed over the number plate surround, but I do need to refresh a few of the chrome bumper strips here and there.
Are they an insert you can get from peugeot, or do you just replace with halfrauds stuff.
(and for that matter are the original ones just stuck on with tape, and peel off?)

A good buy at £1500. I got £1725 for my 93k LX. Mudflaps should (hopefully) be with you by the end of the week. Posted them recorded yesterday.
