thank you Ares,well yeah rims ok,i like them too but 40mm tyres looks no good enough especially in front,gap is too big

Alberto, theres some nice 16" 406 nimrods with good tyres on the bay for £100 at the mo 8)

16`? nahh mate,i want at least 17,i was looking on 307 vortex or chalangers,still confusing me which ones are right for 406 but for a while i will sit on fifteens...

Fair enough, I know what you mean I to would like some 17" challengers but do not know how I feel about having to run wheel spacers :|

I just bought some challengers for my 406.

The rear ones fit but the fronts touch the caliper, so I have bought some spacers and longer bolts.

Hopefully they will be on and I will be at Pugfest, MOT permitting.

Undue stress on wheel bearings & one more problem in the balancing act :wink: , not saying there is a prob just a less then perfect solution + added cost :!:
