So far I'm really please with the car. Insurance was cheaper than my van so a bonus there. Really comfortable to drive and loads of room for the family and dog. It's been lowered and has 17" wheels plus the original alloys as winter tyres. It has a stainless exhaust and has a had a good few quid spent on fancy ancillaries under the bonnet.

Not sure about the interior but the wheels I quite like. Once I've taxed it I will wash it and get it somewhere decent for proper photos. The mats are good and easy to clean. I've got the same ones in my van and so I'm pretty used to them. I tried to tax it online this morning but the website was down for maintenance!!
Just gutted because I've gotta go London for a week so won't be able to play with it :(

Given the somewhat gutless nature of the more powerful 1.8, I wonder how much slower the 1.6 would feel - positively asthmatic, I bet.

I don't know if we've had a 1.6 owner on the board yet. The 1.6 was never sold in the UK, to the best of our knowledge.
