Set yourself up an account on http://www.photobucket.com or something similar...
Upload your photos to there, (it's pretty self explanatory but if you have any trouble with that bit come back and tell us)
Then under the photo you'll have 4 lines of text that make various kinds of links, you want the bottom one, it'll look like this...
