how can i put my pictures on this forum, as my pc skills are not that good
Upload your photos to there, (it's pretty self explanatory but if you have any trouble with that bit come back and tell us)
Then under the photo you'll have 4 lines of text that make various kinds of links, you want the bottom one, it'll look like this...
