Yeah very prone to lift off oversteer is the 406, especially in the wet

That pressure line is the turbo fuelling advance thingy isn't it?

An air-cooled gauge eh?

I like what you've done it's kinda cool, and I bet it's interesting to see the various pressures going on.

It really is interesting because even without full throttle at 3000rpm I can make 15psi. But also at full throttle at 2500rpm I can make 15psi. Peak boost seems to be 16psi at 3000rpm in 4th. It’s also interesting how you can make decent progress but only have 6-10psi or even less. Not only that I do a quite abit of engine braking and as the revs go up even with no throttle so does the boost.

Oh and that pipe sends the pressure to the fuel pump which them enables a little man in the engine with a bucket to pour fuel into the cylinders

So when you press the pedal this guy, Alan, gets a prod to work a bit faster with the old bucket of Diesel

I suppose as he gets older he gets 'less responsive' to throttle inputs

Right on the pillars of the doors is black vynil. The pillar on the drivers side door had vynil on it that was cracked quite badly do I decided to be shot with the lot

Tidies it up with some tardis...

Give the car a clean including wheels and tyres..
